Capstone Project - Split!
This video is my undergraduate graduation project, Split!, created by a team of ten members. It is a hybrid animation combining 2D and 3D elements, with the theme: "Changing yourself for others, even family, can keep you from being your true self. Learning to put yourself first!"

The story follows Lyla, a young girl whose parents' divorce causes her to "split in half," growing up as two different versions of herself. To please her parents, she keeps these two sides apart. While she is initially content with this, it becomes increasingly difficult to maintain the separation. In the end, Lyla realizes that to become whole, she must let go of her parents' expectations and embrace both sides as part of who she truly is.

In this project, I was responsible for 3D animation, environment modeling, and prop modeling. The video explores a meaningful emotional journey and showcases advanced animation techniques, reflecting our team's creativity and dedication.

These are the white models of the props and the room framework that I created for this project. The top-right image shows an overhead view of the room after adding textures to some of the props. The bottom-right image is the rendered result with all props textured and lighting applied.
